With the responsibility of protecting over 500 million monthly active players and a diverse portfolio of studios—spanning iconic franchises such as Xbox, Call of Duty, Candy Crush, Halo, World of Warcraft, and Minecraft—Temi is at the forefront of securing the future of play. He is a passionate advocate for leveraging Artificial Intelligence to transform traditional security programs, driving innovations that keep pace with the rapidly evolving threat landscape. Prior to leading security for Microsoft Gaming, Temi held significant leadership positions that shaped his strategic approach to cyber risk. He previously served as the Global Head of Security Solutions Architecture at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as a Leader within Deloitte’s Cyber Risk Services practices, where he guided Fortune 500 corporations on cloud security, risk management, and compliance initiatives. A respected voice in the industry, Temi has been honored with several industry awards and distinctions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, having also completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
